The present invention relates to a horse riding-type exercise machine. A first embodiment of the present invention comprises: a preparation step of turning on the power; a start step of driving a driver by pulling the reins for a first time that is long set while taking the reins by both hands, thereby starting a horse riding type machine; an acceleration step of switching the horse running direction by selectively and alternately operating the reins in the left and right directions or gradually increasing the speed from a minimum speed stage to a maximum speed stage by simultaneously and intermittently pulling the left and right reins, during the horse riding by the start step; a deceleration step of decreasing the speed by one stage from the corresponding speed stage to a lower speed stage by continuously pulling the reins for a second time during the acceleration step; a stop step for stopping the operation of the horse riding machine by pulling the reins in succession to the deceleration step; and a jump step for performing a jump by lengthily pulling the reins once for a third time during the start step, the acceleration step, or the deceleration step. A second embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body having a horse shape; reins provided with both ends mounted on the main body and having a sensor mounted on the connection portion, wherein the sensor senses any one selected from pressure, force, and time; a controller selectively mounted inside or outside the main body and electrically connected with the sensor; and a driver installed inside the main body and electrically connected with the controller, wherein the driver receives a signal sensed by the sensor to change its driving speed in response to a control command of the controller. |
