Disclosed is a rotary apparatus for monitoring the inside of a furnace. The rotary apparatus for monitoring the inside of a furnace according to the present invention comprises: a fixed plate attached to the outside of the furnace; a wall sleeve installed at one side of the fixed plate and inserted into the furnace; a vision tube penetrating the fixed plate, reciprocating inside the wall sleeve forward and backward, and monitoring the inside of the furnace while rotating; a driving part allowing the vision tube to reciprocate forward and backward; a flange coupled to the vision tube, and rotating along with the vision tube; a first gear rotating the flange when being coupled to the flange; a second gear engaging with the first gear, and rotating the first gear; and a vision tube rotating motor rotating the second gear.
