The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a substrate mixed foam tape and a manufacturing device thereof. The method comprises a step of supplying a release film from a release film supply unit; a step of supplying a foam adhesive composition to the top of the release film; a step of supplying a substrate into the foam adhesive composition from a substrate supply unit; and a step of hardening a tape that is formed by sequentially laminating the release film, the foam adhesive composition, and the substrate. By manufacturing the tape through a direct mixing of the substrate in the manufacturing process of the foam tape, the provided method and device for manufacturing the substrate mixed foam tape can simplify manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve physical properties of the foam tape.
