Provided are a U-healthcare terminal, a U-healthcare system and a method to provide health information using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a U-healthcare terminal includes: an information acquisition part to acquire component information about the components of a product; a communication part to receive personal medical information of a user; an abnormal component detection part to detect whether an abnormal component causing a side effect or allergies to the user is included in the product, on the basis of the personal medical information; and a guide part to inform the user of the detection result of the abnormal component detection part.
