The present invention relates to a ditch cover structure for an apartment house which prevents noise when passing on the ditch cover structure while maintaining a drain performance of a ditch cover and a ditch. The present invention comprises: an upper reverse frame (20) and a lower support frame (40) which are formed by vertically dividing the ditch cover; a round bar-shaped rotating support rod (32) which is formed on an upper end of a rotating plate (30) and is installed from side to side in an inner side of the upper reverse frame (20) with constant intervals; a rotating prevention rib (34) which is perpendicular to the rotating plate (30), and is formed on the rotating support rod (32); a support bar (26) which supports the horizontally closed rotating plate (30), and is installed between a front plate (22) and a rear plate (24) of the upper reverse frame (20) from side to side with constant intervals; vertical insertion grooves (42g, 44g) to which the rotating plate (30) and the rotating prevention rib (34) are inserted, and which are formed on an inner wall surface of a front panel (42) and a rear panel (44) of the lower support frame (40); a cross combining groove (36) which is formed on the lower part of the rotating plate (30), and is combined, in the shape of a cross, to an upper part of a lower cross support plate (47) installed between a left plate (46) and a right plate (48) of the lower support frame (40); and non-slip grooves (32t, 32s) which are formed on an upper part and a side part of the rotating support rod (32). |
