FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in aircraft engineering for production of panels used as local reinforcements. The mould is composed of top plate with forming male die and spring-loaded clamp with flat working surface secured at said top plate. Adjustable thrusts are arranged at said clamp. Said female die has two impressions shaped to finished part shape. Guide strip is arranged on female die one end. Burnishing male die is arranged in one of said impressions, at second and next steps, over the blank. One side of said noshing die is locked while another side id locked by fast-release retainer.EFFECT: higher quality of panels and process efficiency, expanded range of produced parts.3 dwg
