<p>The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a film pillar cushion and, more specifically, to a method of manufacturing a film pillar cushion which is equipped with an upper mold (20) and a lower mold (30) in order to respectively correspond to an upper part and a lower part, respectively forms an upper film and a lower film (11, 12) on a lower part of the upper mold (20) and an upper part of the lower mold (30), arranges multiple film pillars (13) between the upper film and lower film (11, 12) after locating the multiple film pillars (13) including a space part (14) penetrating towards both sides, and a pillar mold (40) in the space part (14) of the film pillar (13), removes the pillar mold (40) after attaching one side of the upper part and lower part of the multiple film pillars (13) and one side of the upper film and lower film (11, 12) by a high frequency, and manufactures an air storage part (15) having a film pillar (10) by attaching an edge part of the upper film and lower film (11, 12) by a high frequency. Accordingly, the method of manufacturing a film pillar cushion is able to reduce a manufacture time by a simple manufacturing method, enables a cushion to maintain a flat surface without being billowed even though the thickness is thin by dispersing pressure to surrounding multiple film pillars (13) when the pressure is applied to the film pillar cushion (10) completed by using high frequency, increases the dispersion force of weight since sinking in which a part pressured by weight touches the ground does not occur, maximizes comfort by lowering the maximum contact pressure of a projecting part of a body and is able to prevent a bedsore, thereby capable of being extensively applied to a seat cushion, a car seat, a mattress for preventing bedsores and the like.</p> |
