FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to slag removal device for solid fuel boiler. Proposed device comprises slag bin arranged between solid fuel boiler ashpit outlet and slag conveyor, shockproof grate composed by multiple refractory metal bars resting of slag bin, and slag crusher arranged above said grate. Note here that it comprises extra guide device to feed slag into crusher working zone. It is arranged between ashpit outlet and slag crusher, its top end being connected with ashpit outlet. Note here that shockproof grate is articulated with slag bin.EFFECT: higher efficiency and lower costs, ruled out slag falling out, stable operation of boiler in repair and servicing.16 cl, 8 dwg |
