The present invention provides a lid for a container, which comprises a lid part mounted on the top of a container and having a hole to discharge steam within the container, and a handle entering the steam passed through the hole of the lid part and fixed to the lid part to be separable. The handle comprises a) a shaft rotary unit which consists of an upper shaft rotary unit and a lower shaft rotary unit combined to each other to be mutually axial-rotatable, and discharges the steam entered from the lower shaft rotary unit via the upper shaft rotary unit, wherein the discharged amount of steam changes according to the extent of axial-rotation of the upper shaft rotary unit against the lower shaft rotary unit; b) a hollow seat which is mounted above the lid part of the container, and mounts and fixes the lower shaft rotary unit of the shaft rotary unit to be separable; and c) a handle part which is combined to the upper shaft rotary unit to be separable so as to let the upper shaft rotary unit of the shaft rotary unit axial-rotate, and has a steam discharge path so as to discharge the steam entered via the upper shaft rotary unit to one end in the longitudinal direction. A user can hold the handle part to axial-rotate the upper shaft rotary unit against the lower shaft rotary unit, and can adjust the extent of axial-rotation. Accordingly, the discharged amount of steam within a container is able to be controlled according to the extent of axial-rotation of the handle part. |
