FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication systems and specifically to a mobile tag of a local system for displaying cargo identification data. The system includes communication means; a communication network connected through communication; and a mobile tag connected to a controlled element. The mobile tag has a processor, having memory and used to control operation of the mobile tag; a radio communication unit connected to the processor, which provides at least one of the communication networks with wide coverage and local access to communication through a wireless device; a power supply unit connected to the processor to power the mobile tag; a location tracking element connected to the processor to locate the mobile tag and provide a location signal for the processor.
