PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of appropriately managing software stock, even when order reception slips are used for operation.SOLUTION: When a FAX order reception processing server 100 receives an order sheet, order reception data is acquired from the order sheet. Then, when an issue instruction for an order reception slip is provided from the order reception data, a commodity type 913 of the order reception data is specified. When the specified commodity type 913 is software, two DAT files including the order reception data are generated. One of the DAT files is used to generate a red slip as an order reception slip, and the other one is used to generate a black slip as an order reception slip. The generated red slip is used to temporarily increase stock, and the black slip is used to allocate the stock. |
