PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heating apparatus performing high frequency heating of the joint of pipe-like members having different diameters well.SOLUTION: A high frequency heating apparatus performs high frequency heating simultaneously by inserting the joints M, N of two members 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 having a large diameter and a small diameter, respectively, into a large diameter annular hole 60 and a small diameter annular hole 61. The annular holes are formed such that the gap distance of the inner peripheral surface of an annular hole having a highest temperature region of a high frequency heating coil 6, out of the large diameter annular hole 60 and a small diameter annular hole 61, and the outer peripheral surface of a member having the joints M, N facing the highest temperature region will be larger in the highest temperature region of the high frequency heating coil 6, when compared with other regions. |
