PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary device controller which improves system safety.SOLUTION: An auxiliary device controller provided in a hybrid vehicle having a battery 6 and a motor 3 comprises an auxiliary device driven by the motor 3, and control means for operating the auxiliary device by driving the motor 3 using power of the battery 6 during vehicle stop. If the state of a vehicle satisfies a prescribed prohibition condition for prohibiting drive of the motor 3, the control means prohibits drive of the motor 3 during vehicle stop.
