PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically peel off a separator from an adhesive sheet to stick the adhesive sheet to a workpiece.SOLUTION: During the process of holding and conveying an adhesive sheet S to which a separator 3 larger than the adhesive sheet S has been added by a conveyance unit 5, the separator 3 protruded from the front side of the adhesive sheet is held by the tip gripping part 34 of the swing arm 33 of a peeling unit 6 standing in the front. The gripping part 34 is moved in a direction intersecting a conveying direction, and while moving the conveyance unit 5 in the conveying direction in synchronization with the movement of the gripping part 34, with the tip of a support plate 9 abutted on the separator 3 set as a starting point, the separator 3 is folded to be peeled off from the adhesive sheet S. The adhesive sheet S from which the separator 3 has been peeled off is held by the conveyance unit 5, and conveyed to a workpiece W to be stuck. |
