The present invention provides an operation method of a flash memory for a vehicle in which at least two sections having a certain size are arranged in order. The operation method of a flash memory for a vehicle includes: a step of determining if a first section in which data is finally stored is the final section; a step of reading data up to a section before the first section if the first section is not determined as the final section; and a step of reading data up to the final section if the first section is determined as the final section. Practically, the present invention is able to increase the number of times of reading and writing data from and to the flash memory and accordingly omit a separate installation process for an EEPROM, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. |
