An electric generating system according to the present invention, which is a fuel cell system, includes a pre-heating apparatus that pre-heats a fuel; a preliminary reforming apparatus that reforms the pre-heated fuel; a fuel cell stack module where the reformed fuel reacts to produce electricity; and a circulation apparatus that selectively supplies a product which is generated in the fuel cell stack module to the pre-heating apparatus. |
