PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article fitting tool capable of stably installing a weighty material such as a display device on a strut and a utensil including the article fitting tool.SOLUTION: A fitting tool 16 is an article fitting tool for fitting an article such as a display device 18 to a strut 12 having front and rear end faces 12a and 12b provided with engagement holes 28. The fitting tool includes: a first bracket 40 engaged with the engagement hole 28 of one end face 12a of the engagement holes 28 formed in the front and rear end faces 12a and 12b of the strut 12; a second bracket 42 engaged with the engagement hole 28 of the other end face 12b; and a plate member 44 fixed extending over the first bracket 40 and the second bracket 42 to cover the side surface of the strut 12 and provided with a fitting part 44a formed for fitting the display device 18.
