<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can adequately eliminate a gas stagnation phenomenon in a cooling device circulating a coolant in a circulating path.SOLUTION: A cooling system 30 includes: a cooling pipe 31 which extends around a heating element and a radiator; an electric pump 32 which circulates a coolant in the cooling pipe 31; a reverse drive detection circuit 60 which detects generation of an electromotive force in a motor of the electric pump 32 while a driving current is not supplied to the electric pump 32; and a cooling controller 39 which makes the revolution number at start of the electric pump 32 in the case where the reverse drive detection circuit 60 detects the generation of the electromotive force larger than that in the case where the reverse drive detection circuit 60 does not detect the generation of the electromotive force.</p> |
