PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a distortion of the shape and location of a transmitting unit due to a fine metal mask by forming a second electrode without the fine metal mask. CONSTITUTION: A first sub layer(230) is formed on an organic layer(223) and an insulation layer(219) and includes a first part(230a) and a second part(230b). The first part is located on a first area(31) corresponding to a first electrode(221). The second part is connected to the first part and is located on a second area(32). A second sub layer(235) is formed on the first sub layer. |
