Disclosed is a portable hand traffic signaling apparatus which performs rotation operation (pendulum movement) around a rotary axis, and includes: an operation part including an electromagnet, a sensor, a subsidiary circuit and a battery; a fixing frame for supporting the rotary axis; and a permanent magnet which is combined to the fixing frame and faces the electromagnet. The subsidiary circuit enables a signal of the sensor to control the power source supplied to the electromagnet. According to the present invention, a traffic signaling apparatus with less volume and weight is provided so that a user can possess and install a traffic signaling apparatus easily and thus the usage of the traffic signaling apparatus can be increased. And occurrence of a traffic accident due to inadequacy of a traffic signal can be prevented by proper usage of the traffic signaling apparatus at proper time. |
