PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable connector for floating which can be smoothly fitted to a floating connector even in the case of fitting between a substrate and the cable connector, although a conventional floating connector is subjected to fitting between connectors of substrates.SOLUTION: A cable connector 1 for floating is a cable-side cable connector which is fitted/connected to a substrate-side floating connector packaged on a printed circuit board, in a female-male relation. At a fitting port side in a connector housing 1b of the cable connector within positions corresponding to the inside of a movable area of a connector housing 2a for floating in a substrate-side floating connector 2, a suppression protrusion 1a is provided which is engaged to the connector housing 2a for floating to suppress movability of the connector housing 2a for floating. |
