The present invention relates to a multifunctional dish which can prevent unnecessary intake of oil by separating oil of food to separation spaces formed between the food and the dish. The functional dish comprises a concave-convex part formed on the inner bottom surface, a plurality of protrusions and oil separation grooves formed in the concave-convex part so as to form separation spaces formed between food and the bottom surface of the dish, wherein the separation spaces are arranged in a line in one direction and are arranged in a crisscross pattern in the other direction in order to support the food by the protrusions and separate oil of the food by dropping the oil through the oil separation grooves. Therefore, the functional dish can prevent unnecessary intake of oil by separating oil from the food and provide convenience in cutting a chunk of food and picking up the food with chopsticks through the separation spaces. |
