PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopic measurement system simply and quickly performing simultaneous quantitative measurement of absorption properties of a plurality of sample solutions.SOLUTION: The spectroscopic measurement system comprises: a measurement unit 1 including a sample plate 12a on which a plurality of wells are arranged, a luminous sheet 11 arranged on one surface of the sample plate 12a, and an imaging apparatus 15 arranged on the other surface of the sample plate 12a and imaging the wells,; and a controller 2 controlling the measurement unit 1. The controller 2 includes: image pickup means 413 for obtaining a reference image from the plurality of sample solutions before reaction and a measurement image from the plurality of sample solutions after reaction by driving and controlling the imaging apparatus 15; luminance in each well accumulation means 416 for accumulating luminances of the reference image and the measurement image for each well region; and absorbance calculation means 419 for calculating absorbance of each well from the luminances in each well region of the reference image and the measurement image. |
