<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food continuous baking device simultaneously achieving both improvement of production efficiency of a baked food product and improvement of eating quality of the baked food product.SOLUTION: A food continuous baking device 10 includes: a plurality of pairs of heating plates 12 baking rice cracker dough 20 (a raw material) in a state that the rice cracker dough 20 is sandwiched; and a carrier conveyor 11 installed with the plurality of pairs of heating plates 12 in line, and continuously carrying each pair of heating plates 12 at a constant speed along a conveyance route 15 set from a dough supply device 13 (a raw material input part) to a take-out part. The carrier conveyor 11 has a curve shape for widening an interval between the adjacent pairs of the heating plates 12 installed to the carrier conveyor 11 in line in a moisture evaporation range 15A of the conveyance route 15 corresponding to a moisture evaporation time zone to evaporate moisture contained in the rice cracker dough 20.</p> |
