PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement and method which comprises dynamically limiting current provided to multiple peripheral interfaces of an electronic device, in a way that is optimized to best suit power needs for the peripheral devices connected to the peripheral interfaces while respecting the power supplying capacity of the electronic device.SOLUTION: The dynamical limitation comprises individual current limitation per peripheral interface and global current limitation over all peripheral interfaces.
