<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control input of a coagulant.SOLUTION: In an aeration tank 1 of an agglomeration deposition active sludge treatment system 100, active sludge (- electric charge) in which agglomeration is not performed, and active sludge agglomeration floc (+ electric charge) that is returned from a high speed agglomeration deposition tank 3 through a return line L1, are performed by electrochemical reaction, thereby surface charge becomes a neutralization state, then are sent from the aeration tank 1 to a reaction tank 2, added with an inorganic coagulant by an inorganic coagulant addition means 4, thereby become to have + electric charge, consequently, sludge that precipitates in a lower part of a high speed agglomeration deposition tank 3 is thought to show + electric charge, and the same are thought to repeat. In this case, a coagulant is input so that surface charge of active sludge in the aeration tank 1 may become a neutralization state, thereby the agglomeration deposition active sludge treatment system 100 can be suitably operated.</p> |
