<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high efficiency cleaning method.SOLUTION: Provided is a high efficiency cleaning method comprising: a step 1) of spraying a cleaning agent on a nonwoven cloth using a safety type spray gun, in which the cleaning agent being a mixed liquid obtained by sufficiently stirring a resin cured matter, a foam micro capsule and water, and spray quantity is 100 to 300 g/m; a step 2) of charging the nonwoven cloth to a drier and drying the same, in which the drying temperature of the drier is 150°C, and drying time is 5 min; and a step 3) of performing cleaning and wiping utilizing the nonwoven cloth after the drying. As the effective effect of this invention, high efficiency is given, by the use of this method, not only the using amount of the cleaning agent is reduced, but also, cleanliness and hygiene are given, the stain removing force of a nylon nonwoven fabric is improved, and cleaning performance is increased. Further, water contamination is reduced to protect the environment.</p> |
