PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating lever device capable of improving the operability of an operating lever.SOLUTION: An operating lever device 20 for a working machine includes: an operating lever 21 which can be rotated for operation; and a grip part 23 provided in the upper part of the operating lever 21. An enable switch S1 for enabling rotation operation of the operating lever 21 is provided on the upper surface of the grip part 23, and a release switch S2 for turning on signal output of the enable switch S1 is provided in the front part of the grip part 23.
