PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional bar code display terminal and the like capable of avoiding an invalid access.SOLUTION: The two-dimensional bar code display terminal acquires a terminal ID and a date and time and, when the information acquisition is successful (steps S2, S3), adds the terminal ID and the date and time to an URL for accessing a visitor certification server as a parameter to generate a hash value from a part of or all of the URL which includes the parameter (step S4). When it is determined that the generation of the hash value is successful (step S5), the two-dimensional bar code display terminal generates an URL which includes the terminal ID, the date and time, and the hash value and generates a QR code (R) from the URL to redisplay the code on a display unit (steps S6 to S8). The processes are repeated, thereby generating a QR code (R) having the different content for every predetermined time (one-time valid URL) so as to switch and draw the code in each case. |
