PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoloration primer composition visually recognizing a coated state of a primer and decoloring a primer coated part early even in an area that is not exposed to sunlight, and to provide a construction method of a sealant using the decoloration primer composition, a construction method of a waterproof material and a construction method of a topcoating material.SOLUTION: Constructions of a sealant, a waterproof material and a topcoating material is conducted by using a decoloration primer composition containing a binder resin (A) and a metal-complex compound exhibiting decolorable property by water.
