PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device that can be easily manufactured at a low price with good productivity without requiring severe management in the manufacture and has a high-performance heat radiation structure.SOLUTION: An electronic control device has a part of a circuit board 14 inserted into an insertion hole formed in a partition wall 11a to be exposed in an opening part 18 for a connector which makes an electric connection with an outside opposite-side connector (not illustrated) when the circuit board 14 mounted with an electronic component 13 is mounted in a nonmetal-made (resin-made) housing having such a structure that a housing cover 12 is assembled on a housing base 11 having the opening part 18 integrally across the partition wall 11a. A heat radiation structure is characterized in that when a metal member 15 for heat radiation which projects from the opening provided in the housing base 11 and has a flange part 15a on a bottom part side is mounted, a top of the metal member 15 is brought into contact with the place of the circuit board 14 where the component 13 is mounted with a filler 16 for heat radiation interposed, and the flange part 15a and a wall part at a periphery of the opening are brought into contact with each other with a filler 17 for sealing interposed.
