PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which protects the device from reverse connection of a power supply in a simple composition and controls forward/reverse of a current.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 1 comprises: a control part; an H bridge circuit which includes a first arm and a second arm, for supplying an input current supplied from a power supply to an output terminal as a reversible current based on a control signal output from the control part; and a backward-flow-in-reverse-connection-prevention circuit for preventing the H bridge circuit from being supplied with a current in a direction reverse to the input current. The first arm is formed on a first island I1. The second arm is formed on a second island I2. The control part and the backward-flow-in-reverse-connection-prevention circuit are formed on a third island I3. |
