PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve light extraction efficiency of a light-emitting device.SOLUTION: The light-emitting device comprises: a support which is formed by disposing at least a pair of positive and negative conductive wires in a substrate; a light-emitting element including an electrode connected to the conductive wires via a conductive member; an underfill disposed in a gap formed between the support and the light-emitting element; and a translucent member which covers the light-emitting element. The underfill is disposed while extending from a lower side of the light-emitting element to a side face and characterized in that a filler content at an upper side is less than that at a lower side in a direction along the side face of the light-emitting element. It is preferable that the underfill covers the side face of the light-emitting element with a portion which does not contain any filler substantially. |
