PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pressure buffering device that can vary an attenuation force according to a frequency and an amplitude.SOLUTION: A hydraulic pressure device comprises: an inner cylinder for storing oil; a piston 31 that blocks the inner cylinder 12 into a first oil chamber Y1 and a second oil chamber Y2, and on which plural communication passages communicating the first oil chamber Y1 and the second oil chamber Y2 are formed; a piston rod 20 connected to the piston 31, and moving in an axial direction of the inner cylinder 12; a pressure absorbing part 40 on which a pressure absorption chamber D for flowing liquid into the first oil chamber Y1 is formed, and that has a free piston 45 movably provided, and dividing the pressure absorption chamber D into a first division chamber D1 and a second division chamber D2; a bypass passage 25 for forming a liquid flow passage between the second division chamber D2 and the second oil chamber Y2; and a valve 42 with a throttle flow passage provided on the flow passage of the bypass passage 25 and throttling an oil flow in the flow passage. |
