PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To twist and fasten a boss part by mutually rotating two clips.SOLUTION: A clip 10 fastens a mounting member 20 having a mounting hole 21 to a mounted member 30 with a boss part 31 having elasticity. The clip 10 comprises a first cylindrical clip 40 having an engagement part 70 to the mounting member 20, and a second cylindrical clip 50 engaged with the mounted member 30 and internally mounted to the first clip 40 coaxially. In the clip 10, by rotating the first clip 40 while inserting it in the boss part 31, the boss part 31 of the mounted member 30 is elastically deformed and twisted, and therefore, the first clip 40 is fastened to the boss part 31 via the second clip 50 in a non-detachable manner. Also, the first clip 40 has a first contact part contacting the boss part 31, and the boss part 31 may be twisted in rotating the first clip 40. |
