The invention relates to an earth leakage current breaker. When the electric power voltage in the circuit drops to the preset voltage and the function of the earth leakage current breaker is lost or electric fault occurs, the earth leakage current breaker trips. The earth leakage current breaker comprises: an abnormity detection unit configured to detect the voltage output from a power source unit and generate and output a control signal for representing a trip signal when the detected voltage is equal to or lower than the preset threshold; a thyristor configured to switch to magnetizing a trip coil or demagnetizing the trip coil based on the control signal output by the abnormity detection unit; and a power source unit configured to provide or switch off the electric power based on whether the trip coil is magnetized or not. |
