PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a recombinant protein by effectively removing a contaminant protein from an extract containing a protein extracted from a cultivated transformant, in the method for producing the protein using the transformant obtained by transforming Escherichia coli using a vector which contains a polynucleotide coding the protein.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the method for producing the recombinant protein in which the contaminant protein is efficiently removed by performing acid treatment of the extract under the condition of pH 2.5 to pH 5.0. |
