PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio communication device having a function of deciding whether or not other radio equipment exists.SOLUTION: A radio equipment detection mobile telephone 1 is carried by a guard and used to perform a job. The radio equipment detection mobile telephone 1 includes a radio communication unit 10 and a radio equipment detector unit 20 that are housed in the same case. The radio communication unit 10 has a function as a mobile telephone, and performs radio communication with a base station of a mobile telephone system. The radio equipment detector unit 20 controls the radio communication unit 10 to a state of not performing radio signal transmission, and in the above state, detects a radio wave transmitted from the other radio equipment. By this, the radio equipment detector unit 20 detects the other radio equipment such as a mobile phone. |
