PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state estimating program which reduces erroneous determination of state transition, compared with the case without this configuration, and to provide a state estimating device.SOLUTION: A state estimating device 1 comprises: primary state estimating means 100 which estimates a state of a user carrying a sensor 12 from sensor information obtained from the sensor 12; pattern detection means 101 which detects a predetermined pattern from the sensor information; and transition probability selecting means 103 which selects transition probabilities different from a case in which the pattern detection means 101 has detected the pattern and a case in which the pattern detection means 101 has not detected the pattern, when a plurality of transition probabilities are registered as probabilities of transiting a plurality of states. |
