PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument that reduces an operation burden.SOLUTION: A measuring instrument 100 comprises: a measuring mechanism 17 that weighs a weight of a measuring tray having a container loaded; a camera 12 that captures an image of the measuring tray; an HDD20; a container identification part 37; and a base image update part 36. The HDD20 stores an image in which the container is not loaded as a measuring tray base image 23. The container identification part 37 identifies the container, using the image captured by the camera 12 and having the container loaded and the measuring tray base image 23. The update part acquires an image of a measuring tray in which the container is not loaded from the camera and updates the measuring tray base image 23. |
