PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a feeling of agreement or a feeling of satisfaction of a cooperated user and a cooperating user respectively utilizing a mechanism by which the users can exchange information with each other.SOLUTION: In a game system in which another user who is to be a cooperator for a user of a game machine is selected from a companion user group and the user of the game machine is caused to acquire cooperation of the cooperating user and participate in a game, and which can provide a function of information exchange including transmission/reception of a comment between the users, transmission of a special comment from the cooperated users A and C to the cooperating user B becomes possible when the users A and C of the game machine have been able to acquire predetermined cooperation from the cooperating user B, and whether or not to transmit the special comment is controlled so that the transmission of the special comment becomes impossible when the users of the game machine have not been able to acquire the predetermined cooperation.
