PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibility that a power reception apparatus may be unable to drive a load due to a sudden voltage drop.SOLUTION: In the method and apparatus for non-contact power transmission, a first target level of a parameter relating to electric power is transmitted to a power transmission apparatus. Next, electric power is received from the power transmission apparatus. When a parameter of received electric power reaches the first target level, a second target level of the parameter is transmitted to the power transmission apparatus. The second target level of the parameter is determined based on the magnitude of a load connected with a power reception apparatus. |
