The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing noodles containing blueberries, and noodles produced by the same. The noodles containing blueberries is manufactured by adding ingredients of blueberry fruit into grain flour, which is a main material of noodle to include beneficial ingredients in the noodles. The noodles containing blueberries manufactured by the method of the present invention includes beneficial ingredients and can be stored for a long period of time without going bad. Moreover, the beneficial ingredients of the blueberry are contained inside the noodles so that the amount of the beneficial ingredients discharged from the noodles to a soup is reduced when the noodles are cooked. Therefore, people can eat the beneficial ingredients in an increased amount even though they don′t eat a soup, and noodles with an excellent texture, resulted from increased firmness, elasticity, and adhesion, can be manufactured. |
