The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for transmitting coordinated multi point (CoMP) signalling information among transmission points needed for supporting a CoMP operation to a relay backhaul link in base stations supporting a relay system. The apparatus for transmitting the CoMP signalling information according to the present invention receives information on wireless resources scheduled by a serving base station; receives channel information for each transmission point which a user terminal controlled by the serving base station transmits to the serving base station; and transmits information on a control channel or a data channel for relay to at least one transmission point by using the information on the wireless resources scheduled by the serving base station and the channel information for each transmission point.
