PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electronic equipment from being lost underwater with a simple structure, a low cost and a small body.SOLUTION: A strap comprises a locking unit 3 which can be locked to an electronic equipment 2, and a container holding unit 5 provided to the locking unit 3 and holding a hollow container 4. The container holding unit 5 holds the circumference of the hollow container 4 in a hoop direction by being mounted to the hollow container 4, and is detachable from the hollow container 4 by elastic deformation of at least one of the container holding unit 5 and the hollow container 4.
