摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of a rotary electric machine capable of avoiding reduction of output torque while avoiding leakage of magnetic flux.SOLUTION: A rotor 10A comprises: a rotor core 11 having plural pairs of two magnet housing holes 12 arranged in a V-shape; and plural pairs of magnets 13 housed in the pairs of magnet housing holes 12 and respectively forming each one magnetic pole. The rotor core 11 has a q-axis core part 16, a first flux barrier 17, and a pair of second flux barriers 18. When circumferential width from a q-axis centerline L1 to the first flux barrier 17 is designated as W1, circumferential width from the q-axis centerline L1 to the second flux barriers 18 is designated as W2, and radial width from an inner periphery of an annular part 19 positioned on an inner peripheral side of the rotor core 11 to the second flux barriers 18 is designated as W3, it is set that W2≥W1 and W3≥W1 are satisfied.
