PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus with a cable which prevents misalignment of heat radiation sheets and achieves high heat radiation performance.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 1 with a cable includes: a circuit board 24 on which a heating element is mounted; an electric connector 22 connected with one end of the circuit board 24; a cable 3 connected with the other end of the circuit board 24; heat radiation sheets 70, 72 disposed on the circuit board 24; a first metal housing 30 including a housing part 32 which houses the electric connector 22 and a pair of wall parts 34 which communicates with the housing part 32; a second metal housing 40 which is fitted with the first metal housing 30 so as to cover one side opening of the pair of wall parts 34; and a third metal housing 50 which is fitted with the second metal housing 40 so as to cover the other side opening of the pair of wall parts 34. The cable 3 is thermally connected with the first metal housing 30.
