PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness in which enhancement in the performance and manufacturability of an exterior member is taken into account, and to provide a method of manufacturing an exterior member.SOLUTION: A wire harness 9 includes a high voltage conducting path 15, and a tubular resin exterior member 16 covering the high voltage conducting path 15. The exterior member 16 has a thick wall part 25 and a thin wall part 26 arranged in the tube axis direction while differentiating the wall thickness. The thick wall part 25 and thin wall part 26 are formed by performing variable control of the moving speed of a mold block, or the supply amount of a resin material thereto, in resin molding of the exterior member 16. The thick wall part 25 and thin wall part 26 are formed in a flexible tube part and/or a non-flexible tube part composing the exterior member 16. |
