PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a filter for mist collection using a metallic porous body is that mist is performed with agglomeration by a cell of a filter to become a large drop to perform free-fall by dead weight, thereby a method to prevent clog is taken, however a conventional metallic porous body is that oil repellency of a surface is not satisfactory and the performance cannot be satisfactorily achieved.SOLUTION: A surface of a metallic porous body is coated by a fluorine resin, thereby water repellency and oil repellency are improved, collected mist is made to perform free-fall easily, thereby clog is prevented, and filter performance can be kept to be a stable state at any time. |
