PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality cause specifying system capable of accurately specifying an abnormality cause.SOLUTION: An abnormality cause specifying system 10 specifies an abnormality cause of a device issuing plural kinds of alarms. The abnormality cause specifying system 10 includes: a model memory portion 11 storing a statistical model related to the occurrence probability of the abnormal cause corresponding to the alarm in advance; an abnormality cause inferring portion 14 for inferring the abnormality cause on the basis of inputted alarm information and the statistical model; and a display portion 16 for displaying information related to the abnormality cause inferred by the abnormality cause inferring portion 14. The abnormality cause inferring portion 14 obtains abnormality cause candidates on the basis of the alarm information and the statistical model about divided predetermined time width in a fixed time period, calculates frequency about each kind of the abnormality cause candidates, and infers the abnormality cause candidate of the kind at least having the highest frequency as the abnormality cause. |
